Jellyfish Dance

Jellyfish Dance is a 6x6 smaller painting featuring jellyfish over a colorful background of purples and gold with a watermedia effect. Special mediums have been used to protect the canvas and keep it archival.

Blue Sea Girl

This Blue Sea Girl painting is another of my tentacled girls with big eyes. She is a part of my show at Stillwater Multi Arts Center that is going on currently, through the month of March.

The painting is acrylic on wood panel with deep wood cradled sides, and a glossy varnish. the fish have metallic silver embellishments.

Pufferfish Mini Painting

"Puff Puff" is a 6x6 inch Pufferfish Mini Painting created for my Brass Bell Studios solo show. The background is made with dimensional ground medium making it more absorbent like watercolor paper so the paint can be layered in vibrant washes of color (including silver acrylic), before painting the main attraction, the cute little fish :)

Murals and Wall graphics

I paint murals and wall graphics too! Here's a logo for The Sandwich Club on Western Avenue in OKC, OK- approx 3 feet in diameter. We knocked out this one after they closed one evening. 

This is painted with 1shot paints (which are oil based but leave a nice even finish with bright pigments and are quite durable- they are also used in painted signs and pinstriping)

You can see this over the counter at The SandwichClubOKC, the new 80s-themed sandwich shop on 36th and Western by Guestroom Records (try the "sweep the leg" sandwich- it's delicious!) ...

"Bubbles" is a 16x20 inch acrylic painting of a red and black fancy goldfish on an abstract blue background. The background draws on colors from sources ranging from swimming pool tiles to aquarium pebbles. I enjoy painting fish.
